A new and exciting program we have recently introduced into our club is the Youth Development Program. The aim of this program is to to give young people the opportunity to develop leadership qualities and their own personal leadership style.
The available opportunities provided with the program may include coaching and working with younger children, administration and organisational tasks and learning positive communication skills.
Developing a personal leadership style will be useful for each young person’s future but particularly useful to improve and develop at our fantastic club.
